			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So I read through the material yesterday – there is a lot of it! The main report tells you to the letter what you have to eat in which quantities. I like that, there is no guesswork involved. I really don´t feel like sitting down and developing elaborate meal plans, and there is no need for this. You get clear instructions for every meal, you just have to adapt the formula to your size.  , So this is the up side: No fluff, just very clear instructions that are super easy to follow.</p>
<p>The down side: It is not going to be too easy. Well I guess you should expect, that a diet that promises fast fat loss doesn´t include pizza and icecream&#8230; But it is actually not too bad either, I feel it is something I can manage. I ´ll do it for me, to get a healthier leaner body in minimum time – doesn´t that sound great?</p>
<p>The book recomends to start on a Monday and that is what I´ll do. This Monday the kids will finally start school again after the summer (summer vacation are three months over here in Spain:-) so I finally will have some time for me again: time to do some workout and cardio – we´ll see how it goes!</p>
