The Wedding Day Diet: First Week half over!
I started as planned on Monday with the Wedding Day Diet and so far things have gone well. It is not as hard as I thought it would be – we actually eat relatively healthy, I realize. So it´s not too difficult to prepare dishes containing the elements I am allowed to eat – I just add some items for the family, so they get a complete meal, while I stay within my limits.
The only problem is that I don´t really find the time to exercise. I know I should make the time, but how?!? I need to clean up, cook, pick up the kids form preschool, take them to the playground, iron, prepare the wedding… The days just seem to run by and I had just one proper workout so far… But I still dropped three pounds already – so it seems to work!!!
